From detailed engineering to on site assembly

All detailed engineering is done in house. We have our own sophisticated software to calculate and design process equipment.
With references in 60 countries, we are familiar with designing in accordance with applicable (local) codes.
Production
We use state of the art machines for automated production in our 13.500 m2 fabrication shop floor. This enables us to produce high quality products at acceptable costs.
With our experience in on site assembly of large stainless steel and aluminium constructions, we have developed a unique technology for onsite assembly and welding of tanks.
All tank parts are pre-fabricated in flanged segments for easy assembly and welding in the field. Nozzles and manholes are installed in our shop and sized to fit in a standard 40’ sea container or truck.
Our unique J&D panel design system ensures not only that assembly is performed in the shortest possible time, but also contributes to the quality of the welding work performed on site.
Using the panel design system, large structures are assembled and welded directly on site by experienced Jansens & Dieperink teams.
This approach eliminates transport limitations and allows for the construction of large diameter, high capacity installations anywhere in the world. Advanced tools and automated welding equipment ensure fast, safe and high quality assembly under controlled conditions.
When we come to site we bring our own equipment, supervisors and above all J&D qualified welders. Our very experienced assembly teams are accustomed and familiar with the requirements for working on site in industrial plants. The assembly time required is significantly less compared to classical tank on site building.
Because our well-trained and experienced specialists work with high quality equipment and tools, we can make this guarantee to our customers. We are capable of running simultaneous on site projects at various construction sites around the world. These are always supervised by a specially set up department at Jansens & Dieperink headquarters in the Netherlands.
