All detailed engineering is done in house. We have our own sophisticated software to calculate and design process equipment.
With references in 60 countries, we are familiar with designing in accordance with applicable (local) codes.
Production
We use state of the art machines for automated production in our 13.500 m2 fabrication shop floor. This enables us to produce high quality products at acceptable costs.
With our experience in on site assembly of large stainless steel and aluminium constructions, we have developed a unique technology for onsite assembly and welding of large scale process equipment.
All parts are prefabricated in flanged segments for easy assembly and welding on site. Nozzles and manholes are installed in our workshop and parts are sized to fit in 40’ sea containers or trucks.
Our unique J&D panel design system ensures not only that assembly is performed in the shortest possible time, but also contributes to the quality of the welding work performed on site.
