By integrating fluidization technology into the silo design, stable material flow, reduced product segregation, and efficient discharge performance can be achieved while minimizing bridging and rat-holing effects. Each silo is individually engineered to meet the customer’s product characteristics, process requirements, and operational conditions.

3 x 600 m³ fluidized bed silos with explosion protection

These aluminum fluidized bed silos were supplied as prefabricated panel sections and assembled on site by our experienced field team. The project included complete assembly, installation, and integration of the fluidization and explosion protection systems, ensuring efficient construction and reliable bulk material handling performance.
